I'm so frustrated

We got our mortgage through Independence in August. The mortgage specialist that funded people spoke tome just. The mortgage is in my own husbands name. Once they agreed to refinance people to get a lower-rate they named and requested to talk to me. I did so anything for that refinance. Today... After I contact they'll NOT talk to me, actually simply to create a cost. I named on Friday attempting to create our cost, they'dnot keep in touch with me without agreement. I'd my spouse fax over an agreement type for me personally to keep in touch with them or even to make funds from his bank account. Nowadays I named and was on-hold for 20 minutes. They hadnot updated their program however and would not talk to me. I inquired easily might please simply create a cost, they'dnot do this since the bank account can also be just in my own husbands name. (We've individual records)... It is his mortgage and his checking. I don't understand why. Its so annoying. All you want to do is spend plus they wont let's.
