I dealt with two Pru-Fox realtors from the Margate, NJ office & regret it to this day. The two are Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. They teamed up with a Bernie Madoff-wannabe mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. These three "Real Estate Professionals" think it's a laugh riot; they still point to me as proof that they're so slick they can unload even a toxic waste dump. You want a real laugh? OK. Listen to Arbeit claim he left the field of education for the realty rackets because there was no money in the former, and then see the real reason why in The Washington Post archives for June 20,25 and 26,1987. Know also that Solomon lets prospective buyers know his clients' bottom lines. Hey— it happened with me & my wife! Sure we were taken. But we easily could have been taken for $20k more had not Solomon let it be known for what his mortgage broker pal would settle. The only way for Pru-Fox to make this right would be for them to disassociate themselves from these swindlers.
