Complaint (no surprise)

Their site policy is that the credit card will not be charged until the product ships. They charged my card on May 3 and we had to make multiple calls to Anna to get confirmation that they shipped on May 16 (Strike 1). On May 23 we checked the UPS tracking number and found they were delivered to a different person in California (Strike 2). This order was contingent on arriving in time for a kitchen remodel due to finish on May 24. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and make a good faith attempt at cancelling this order, as they did not honor their own site policy. We'll see if they opt for a third strike.
