I recently read some negative reviews of Easy Closet; complaining of poor customer support and difficult installation. I didn’t come across the reviews until my wife had ordered a system for our panty and I was getting ready to install a rather involved systems of sliding baskets, wine racks, tray dividers and of course many, many shelves.
The directions were clear, the parts kit complete, and the install was easy considering what would be involved in trying to build it from scratch. The cutting of material was minimal and went together perfectly. I also couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was. We elected not to install one section of the system and Easy Closet had worked up a credit quote and even assisted with return shipping arrangements within 30 minutes of calling customer support.
Don’t be scared by reviews of people who apparently don’t have even the slightest amount of mechanical inclination. I can handle a hacksaw and screwdriver and would recommend Easy Closet to anyone.
