Our experience with Brad J. Lamb was HORRIBLE. Be cautious when coping with the agents since they're SHADY. I bought a Publishing Manufacturer attic in Toronto 3 years before throughout the grand-opening weekend (they actually questioned me and set me on his television show, Big-City Agent) plus they assured me free wood floors only when I bought a loft that evening. The free wood floors was my only motivation for buying the lofts that initial time. I'm an initial time homebuyer and was naive to think all of the trash Brad T. Lamb’s agents can inform you to obtain their fee and so I thought that having a Purchase and Purchase Contract signed about the evening of the Grand-Opening was adequate documentation for that free wood floors.in conclusion, Brad J. Lamb and his agents are SHADY and certainly will guarantee you the planet to obtain a purchase.
