I've existed as of this complex for some time today. Among the first issues I observed was the weird old bald man that usually arrived of nowhere when I quit my condo.in the beginning I believed it was simply me... But after speaking with some of my neighbors I recognized it was not. It's reached the stage where I actually donot actually wish to utilize my deck for anxiety about the slip hiding. There has been issues about him but nothing appears to be getting done about this. If the corporation is okay having a sexual predator dwelling onto itis home and does not worry about another citizens saftey then I'd like nothing else related to them! While my rent is up if he's still below I will assure I will not be! Therefore to any ladies available... Solitary or not... Considering hiring below - I'd ensure that you request when the slip still lives here before signing a rent!!
