Misrepresentation

I bought a Timeshare from Tahiti Town. I've never used it. I've attempted, and also the procedure is also complex. I attempted to switch it to get a sail and its own sail value was really low, nearly useless.

Moreover, I had been cheated by Timeshare Vendors with in advance costs.

Today I am aware Tahiti Town is processing for bankruptcy. Where would be the School Action Fits for that Timeshare Owners??? I'd join.
