Poor service and dishonest technician

I've support agreement with this specific organization for three years, spending 300-400 each year, every year I named them to support my main heat and AC models, the specialist often invested fifteen minutes and stated anything is great. I discovered there is a share of water alongside my air conditioner last summer and required support, the specialist required one appear and stated, "It's operating so do not be worried about it." Our air conditioner smashed down 2 nights before in 90-degree heat-wave, I required support again and was informed the entire device have to be changed which is within the selection of $8,000 to $10,000 region. I required another organization to have a look, the specialist confirmed me the issue, among the drainpipe was plugged, therefore water overflowed towards the circuit-board and engine. Everything was destroyed by just one blocked tube which only have to be exhausted this past year. What exactly may be the support agreement about? It's a rest.
