Excessive billing and fraudulent collections

I've not had the opportunity to guide a holiday through Festiva given that they got around from Equivest (similarly elusive). Nevertheless, I've been incurred with greater costs every year so when I protest they threaten selections. This season they included a unique selections of 1/3 the sum total price after which after I did't spend promptly, they included an in house selections charge on each payment. I settled the statement having a rejection to cover in house selection when I had been already charged a late charge. The consultant decided the charge with no selections charge nevertheless when I obtained my charge card record - he'd billed that charge aswell.
