I'd recommend NEVER hiring a flat below. As the complicated reasons and flats do appear good, they're shoddily constructed and never well-maintained. We'd many preservation problems while hiring for just one year: a trickle in the condo above people that quit a huge spot on our family room wall which was never fixed; form within the master toilet that seemed inside the first month of our rental that Lysol wouldn't look after; the cupboard doors within our home repeatedly dropped off; the hot water heater above us was exhausted ONTO OUR PATIO and also the rustic, horrible water-stained the tangible; there is a problem using the AC pipes that created an audio like someone continuously roller-skating on our roof Which was not fixed for over fourteen days; there have been rats and large carpenter ants.

The administration was also TERRIBLE. Work supervisor, Stacy, was rude and uncomfortable. Three times before our preliminary transfer-in day we were educated that people could not move in since the guy formerly hiring the condo never moved out. At this time our rent for wherever we were in New Hampshire was up and we'd togo "couch-surfing, " and Stacy informed us to hire a or anything. We also had disrespectful neighbors who'd toss noisy events until 2 A.M. Within the swimming region and abandon their clear containers, glasses, etc. Everywhere, and somebody took my boyis car chair out-of my vehicle. Our vehicle was also incorrectly towed in the parking lot in the centre of the night time and we'd to pay for $300 to obtain it from the pull ton. We were informed we could not be repaid, but were provided a carport totally free. Work then later offered this absent without telling people. I quit an email about the vehicle that was left in my own carport being unsure of this and was delivered an awful letter in the workplace informing me I'd no to contact additional citizens like this, particularly because the carport was no further mine. Whenever we shifted out in the centre of the snowstorm, we quit our dog within the condo to get a morning/evening (we nevertheless had per week left towards the rent) and Stacy named us stating that she would contact animal control because we abandoned our puppy... And that I have not actually stated that people needed to spend $1400 for a flat which was actually situated in North Andover, MA, but had a Lawrence tackle since, we were informed, North Andover postoffice could not undertake the extra mailboxes...

Sorry that is lengthy, but dwelling at Addison was nightmare. I'd recommend individuals remain far-away out of this location.
