Great Gas Fireplace Remote

I had bought a set of gas fireplace logs from Lowes that were were discontinued right after I bought them. The remote broke and I was searching all over and calling stores trying to find a replacement. Finally I found Hearthside and they were so confident that they knew exactly what I needed. I was a little worried because they were so confident. They sent me the remote, batteries included, and I fired the logs right up. I am very happy with the support. Dawn McDaniel was my salesperson. Great price, too.
