Escrow company was impolite, argumentative, AND NEVER non-bias. They certainly were employed by the Marketing Broker. Supplied a termination plus they never produced the ultimate termination and following the Vendors decided to return Customers deposit Entirely they attempted to maintain costs for running HOA. After Vendor decided to spend these costs within the agreement. Subsequently, without finishing termination of 1 escrow, they exposed A BRAND NEW escrow for this same home.
