Are they legit?

This is without a doubt the worst company i have ever ordered from! 3 weeks later i am still waiting on my order. You can never talk to anyone all you get is a recording telling you to press a number for different depts. I have sent e-mails and left messages for them to return my call, but that has not happened yet. I certainly hope they are not just trying to rip people off.
