Paint with Primer - Paint with Prime

I usually buy Sherwim Williams paints but believed all the Lowe's ads about their new paint with primer. After it was put on the walls just the slightest knick caused the paint to come off in large rubber like sheets. Just a huge miss, how can they sell this stuff.
