Ad advise, and did nothing except take a big commission

HARRIETT CHARKATZ was our promoting broker for the beautiful house in Owings Mills, Baltimore from January. We were investing in a Residence and shifting towards the Residence in Sept. 2010. HARRIETT CHARKATZ declined to place our home about the promoting marketplace before spring. She informed us to request a greater cost so we're able to have "wiggle room." Your house was in perfect condition, with plenty of improvements, etc. During this period, the federal government was supplying a $8000 stimulation for customers. Lastly, in March of we requested her to place our home available on the market so we might obtain a customer. She didn't provide one to see our house. Meantime, she was the broker for that fresh Residence we were buying. She was designed to assist people using the purchase of the Residence, and start to become the "go-between". Hariett charkatz didn't do something to assist us with purchasing of this residence. My husband and that i did anything. She never offered our home, but she did get a massive $11,000 in fee for "assisting people using the Residence". I'll replicate, she received almost $11,000. For doing absolutely nothing. We feel like we got screwed. We asked her to separate her commission around, but she didn't even react to us, after calling her many times. She didn't actually appear in the negotiation of our new Residence. We offered her title to many people who employed her providers, and he or she created more profits from their website. HARRIETT CHATKATZ undoubtedly disappointed people!!!
