From our initial contact through installation, Empire Today was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. Fred Wenzl, our sales representative, was completely knowledgeable and very helpful. We felt no pressure from him. Our installation took a little longer than we anticipated (they did not have enough carpet the first day), but it was not too great of an inconvenience.
