Horrible Business - do not trust! Beware - rohl 3018wh

The advertise a 115% price match guarantee. That is, they will match a competitors price and pay 15% difference between their price and the competitors price. I inquired about a Rohl Shaw Fireclay sink that they had priced at $723.00 and the competition had it priced at $718.00, just a $5 dollar difference, but still $5 none the less. They refused stand by the advertised guarantee and said that they did not "want to honor their advertised policy" becuase they would not make enough money. Well then, why advertise it? They are in New York and have the stereotypical rude New York way about them. I would NEVER do business with a company that does not stand by their written policy". I ordered the same product through Home Perfect who were professional and a pleasure to do business with.
