Unsafe and Unihabitable Conditions of Property

I've been a professional tenant at-one of Benderson's attributes for a long time. I've reported numerous occasions concerning the form, leaks, and hazardous circumstances within the building. Benderson and his henchmen simply disregard the grievances and that I have now been losing clients due to it. I'd have believed a large creator for example Benderson might consider greater treatment of his tenants. I suppose all he cares about is opening his multiple-million-dollar rowing playground. Our lawyer claims I've an incident and may perhaps prosecute to obtain from the rent due to the terrible situation of the home, but he needs $5,000 in advance and it has informed me that Benderson will attempt and place me out-of company easily prosecute him. The next time I hire, I will not be hiring from Benderson or anybody associated with Benderson. I can not think California allows the corporation escape with this garbage, somebody must endure this person. Like a little business operator, I simply cannot undertake somebody like Benderson and danger being released of company. To include insult to damage, I had been simply informed this week he is increasing my lease again. Who this person believe he's!
