A lot need fix in apartment

I reside in a flat where nothing is repair when it have to be healthy. It-not worth what's being taken care of it. I'm cool on / off within this condo. Regardless of how large Irun heat it still chilly. I've a high lighting statement since I operate heat on large. I've phone and protest so much I am linked. I truly want to understand can there be a location where I will record my condo complex and repair it and so I may split my rent and transfer. Since Easily did not spend my lease there might evict me today I do want to understand given that they not repairing something how do I split my rent and move ahead. I've stess so much about nothing being repair till I visited the physician to discover my blood pressure up which after I understands it time for you to move ahead my wellness are in state.
