Noise complaint

Hello, I'm a tenant at 520 east 21st avenue likely 4r. I travel with headaches and large blood pressure and also the people upstairs in likely 5r are continuously creating a significant amount of sound. The sound is now incredible, they shifted in about 2-3 weeks before and also the sound gets worse, we talked for them nothing enhanced, the superintendent talked for them and there'snot been any justice. Somebody got them within the building since their title isn't about the rent also it began as only a lady and guy living up there with 2 children, today they introduced more individuals into that home there are now actually aunts, siblings, and grandparents along side 5 kids up there. Everyone my child and myself are woken up 7-8 each morning in the stomping and operating, the children do not visit college and that I work-in the nights and so I require my relaxation each morning and not have it. This must quit, the condo above them 6r is vacant, perhaps if its likely they may be requested to place rug along or proceed to another condo since to my understanding a notice had been delivered to them concerning the sound and nothing happened.
