Bought and installed.instructions show teflon tape, but do not elaborate. Did not have any anyway.installed product works great; however, I have to keep a little bucket under the valve leading to the toilet tank. Cannot find a HELP number. Need Advice, Assistance, Help of any kind by live person. Need to have a customer service number published somewhere on the box or website.
