Not refunding deposit monies

The corporation is just a home organization that handles homeowners houses and rents them out to households. My children moved in 0ct. 2009 and closed all of the paperwork and settled lease and our transfer-in deposit. We just existed in a house 8 times and we currently needed to document a function request repairs of items that were dripping or bfoken upon transfer-in. This continued till Sept. 2010 (about 1 year) with 3-4 function demands being submitted together comparable issues repeatedly and once again. The toughest point is the fact that we now have transferred out plus they are attempting to cost us for that repairs which were never properly mounted. They've subrtracted these funds from our deposit and obviously, we're not getting some of our deposit back and we owe them cash. The corporation may handle their tenants poorly and you'll not view your deposit, they'll discover fake expenses to be able to maintain your funds. Don't hire from them or do any company together. I've submitted a using the BBB and that I am getting a little promises activity against them. Beware!!!
