Rudeness of customer service rep

I've financing with Cenlar which got transferred from TB&T in Aug'09 and since that time I've not named my mortgage business and today i named on 12/16/10 and that I had a term with repetition NICK LMZEC he was rude about the phone and refused to supply me-any information. I requested him to move phone to his supervisor and he responded he's just like boss.
