Purchased Timeshare at Avenue Plaza Resort in New Orleans in 2000. Settled entirely in SEP 2004. Haven't obtained Fulfillment of Mortgage. First they mentioned it had been submitted but their lawyer dropped anything in Katrina in 2005.informed BBB & was informed Wyndham submitted an Affidavit of Missing Notice. Every year I visit the Orleans Parrish Mortgage workplace & am informed it's not been submitted. Every year I proceed to contact Wyndham and obtain more lies. The mortgage regulations of Louisiana suggest that the Fulfillment of Mortgage ought to be delivered to the customer within 60-days of the pay-off or even the vendor may "experience fee".
