Our ac unit is 31 years old my electric bill is $400 a month. I called fpl they came out looked at my ac unit and told me it needed to be replaced. My apartment refuse to give me a new one. My refrigerator and ac unit has been leaking water ever since i moved there. No one ever came to fix these things. Also just recently my lights were off for a week due to them shuting off my breakers and not turning them back on. Im not sure why they did this but i spoke with fpl and they said they did not shut off my lights. The breaker room was locked. $200 worth of food i bought all went bad. On another occasion they lost my rent as of july and gave me a three day notice. How do you loose $900 plus a lot of other resident money. Then two months later "oh it was deposited but the other half wasnt" do that make since. Thats why i am refusing to pay my rent i am holding waiting for them to take me to coutrt. I am so angry i just want to leave but need some assistance.
