"Priority" shipping was not up to par, but emailing the W.W. Support staff was an exercise in futility, at best. After I placed my order, I got a confirmation email stating shipping dates, etc. I didn't think the shipping/delivery dates reflected what I had paid for, so I clicked on the "help" email link (help@whateverworks.com) and sent a quick email to ask about it... 2 days later, no response. Sent another email asking why W.W. Hadn't answered, got a short, snippy answer that W.W. "never received my 1st email and why was I complaining..". So, I went back and forwarded my 1st email to prove that it had actually been sent along with an explanation of why I was complaining. As of right now (2 days later) no response. For a company that touts it's "prompt and courteous service" all over the catalog and website, you all far way short of the mark!
