• Hew does a guy standard on over $8,000, 000 in building loans from Areas Bank, apply for And obtain accepted for bankruptcy, as well as in the meantime type and create a new company using the guy who had been the primary connection with Areas Bank for both businesses?

• how can Regions Lender permit the facility of the "purchase card" to achieve over $140,000 before switching it down (as organized in suit)?
