A couple of years before I outlined my house with Ofir Chazut of "BERKSHIRE PROPERTY CORP - 19092 T DIXIE HWY, MIAMI FL 33180." I outlined my home for $269K, I informed Ofir the cheapest present I'm prepared to take on my home was $250K.

On Jan 8 He introduced mean offer of $220K and forced me to simply accept it, he explained the marketplace is certainly going along, and that I WOn't offer it easily do not accpet the present of $220K. I decided.

This week my boy got his property certificate, and he experienced the mls, he examined on the "home background" of this home I offered with Ofir a couple of years before, and what he found surprised people! He unearthed that on Jan 6 (2 times before Ofir introduced me the lowball supply of $220K), that Ofir went behind my back and decreased the cost about the mls from $269K to $229K! That's illegitimate and its own scam! He ripped this stop so he is able to create a fast money. I dont understand who to protest to, his workplace was turn off 24 months before!
