The same occurred in my experience 8 weeks back... I created an offer and fannie mae approved it, then detailing office explained the home isn't under fannie maes name. That I'd need to watch for the home to become outlined again in 4 weeks and delay before worker of surfaces might matter a promoting day for that home again. After which bid for that home again plus they state that I'd be the bidder that will win. I currently settled my appraisal. They approved OUR OFFER!!! HOW might they promote anything its not theres!!! It appears as though these listing brokers have discovered some loop-hole within the program. I terminated my agreement and could get my deposit back. Fortunately

Today, I appeared for another home and works out fannie mae state "they own it". I place an offer and my present was approved, the record broker isn't ready to show the water on for my evaluation or examination plus they state that the home has got the incorrect paperwork for that HOA and that I need to abandon my name business and opt for theirs to ensure that me to shut. Normally, I've to hold back till they obtain documents so as and proceed handed my final day.

Exceedingly frustrated, any assistance?
