Mosquitoes and flies proliferation

These short lines express not only my concern but the concern of several of the tenants who live in this Rental Communty "Lago Club Apartments. I have personally brought up the issue of the large amount of mosquitoes and flies that live in ALL of the trash rooms located in this Property. This situation will eventually creat a health problem and especially since summer is just around the corner. Despite several friendly viists I have made to the Management Office, all they argue is that they control the proliferation of these bugs "which happens not to be true".. The only device you can find in these rooms is one that instead of spraying flying insects killer it sprays some type of odor eater that does not work either. It is quite an experience to walk by the trash rooms located next to the Ground level apartment units that end with a 2 (Unfortunately I rented one of these units) at noon time and take a deep breath... It is 100% trash odor accompanied by a large amount of mosquitoes and flies, not to mention the larvaes that constantly grow in these dumpsters... I am an extremely allergic person and every time I open my apartment door what goes into my house are lots but lots of mosquitoes and flies. Please, help me/us solve this issue, and if you cannot do anything about it) please give me some guidelines on where to request from MDC the putting into practice of an action plan to solve such an irregular situation. The managemeht office has been negligent and have done nothing about it Please, pay a surprise visit, and verify the condition of all these trash rooms, you will be surprised with the filthiness of these dumpsters together with the proliferation of mosquitoes and flies, plus the larvaes that as previously stated constantly grow there and to worsen the problem Gentlemen, this will create a health issue believe me it will and in the very near future. I would also like to invite you to walk along these DARK alleys located at the ground level, It is a well known fact that mosquitoes love living in the darkness so Can you visualize the kind of problem this is creating not only to us tenants but to visitors as well? Management are diligently facilitating, and providing these bugs the right environment to live in.
