The townhouse we've been hiring going back 10 years was recently bought by Terry and Kelli Strunk of Eau Claire, WI.

Before they bought this townhouse the tennants who lived below usually obtained their "water & sewage" resources statement straight in the Power Company. Today we obtain a typed correspondence in the new landlord stating we owe them $ quantity. We observed a sharp escalation in the total amount owed and named the neighborhood Power Organization to confirm the total amount and discovered the brand new landlord included twenty bucks more onto our statement. FRAUD Furthermore, the top leaked rain water for over annually in several models prior to the tiles were changed evoking the roof to decay and form and load the lighting outlet with rain-water.
