Michael D. Jensen Re/Max Properties Realtor, American Airlines Pilot and USAFA graduate…. Ripped Me Off! Warning…Warning…Warning!

In 2006 when I had my house listed with Mr. Jensen and RE/MAX Properties for sale he came to me and asked to buy his listing. He offered me a fair price, one that was at a current appraisal on the property at that time and also asked for some repairs be made,

He agreed to obtain financing at his local bank for a closing in 30 days. We completed the repairs (improvements) in the amount of approximately $50,000 and told him we would like to close. It then took him approximately another 60 day’s to get it done, while our house was off the market. The hold up was a personal credit issue that he needed to fix and he stated also required that I accept an owner carry back second mortgage in the amount of $120,000!

We should have known that this was a bad deal but because of his smooth line of B.S. But went through with the sale any way!

After the property closed Mr. Jensen suddenly had a change of heart and instead of moving into the property as he had intended to and agreed he decided to rent the property, a clear violation of the rules of his mortgage. And even though we had properly executed a recorded note and deed of trust and of course he didn’t pay us our second mortgage payment as he would be selling the property soon!

We have filed complaints with the Colorado Division of Real Estate, which proved to be a worthless gesture, and have spent thousands on Real Estate Attorneys, also with out benefit!

And then we received his Final Discharge from his Bankruptcy discharging our second mortgage. All while he kept the house on 17575 Charter Pines Dr. Monument CO.

The Golden Years…My A—!

I have been ripped off by michael d. Jensen! In the amount of $120,000!
