1. The by law when a Board Participant misses 3 straight conferences, or cannot satisfy their responsibilities being an Official of the Affiliation, they be taken off the Board. The Secretary of the Affiliation was not in a conference for 9 weeks, and also the administration businesses supervisor has been accountable for getting the moments.
