By-laws Violation

Many Board for that Pine Springs Homeowners Association have been in breach of the By Laws of the Organization.

1. The by law when a Board Participant misses 3 straight conferences, or cannot satisfy their responsibilities being an Official of the Affiliation, they be taken off the Board. The Secretary of the Affiliation was not in a conference for 9 weeks, and also the administration businesses supervisor has been accountable for getting the moments. They continues to be permitted to make choices on New Approvals, that are usually "NO", from vengeance. This individual must be taken off the Panel, and never permitted to proceed "intimidation" the city.

2. Any person in the Panel/Affiliation, who's in debts of the membership fees, doesn't possess the to vote until these dues are compensated. The Treasurer for that Affiliation has ended the approved restriction for costs because of the Affiliation, however is permitted to proceed to vote on problems.

3. A house examination was not done in three years.
