We were informed They'd not begin our house until we eliminated the contingency to market our house despite the fact that we'd a ratified agreement stating they'd begin our house and we'd have until 60-days just before shutting to get rid of the backup. They identify the truth that we've the agreement and state if we decide to follow them officially they'll consider 24 months to construct our house. Which is really a small "FAIL-safe" for them within their agreements. Ultimately, they stated we're able to launch them in the agreement plus they might provide us our complete deposit back...
