IMO, the most serious invasion of privacy this country has ever seen

On 10/25, I contacted blockshopper.com because my full name and address appeared in public google searches. I called, and faxed court documents as to why I needed my name removed (I am a plaintiff). On 10/27/09 the information was removed and this was Rob's email":

In a message dated 10/27 12:26: 34 P.M. Central Daylight Time, rob@blockshopper.com writes: myName, we received your fax, this will suffice and we will keep iton file. Your name will be amended on the properties in question. Please be aware it may take google and other search engines a week ortwo to index the new pages.

Then Last January my name reappeared! This company lied to me outright after I spent over $10.00 faxing documents to them! Whats worse is they ignored my phone calls and emails. I had a 3rd party speak to Timpone who informed me that my name would not be removed unless I filed a police report! This is totally unethical and I feel really scared to go and collect against my plaintiff. I also fear credit card fraud now that my credit card billing address is in full view for the entire world to see. It won't do any good to contact the business about my complaint, believe me, it won't.
