Horrible service

The National Mortgage Account is run by Donald Myers. Mr. Myers speaks a great sport, but his customer support and shipping on guarantees is sluggish and very spread. I actually needed to search him right down to get improvements from him on my refinancing and he takes forever to come back voicemails and/or emails.

Moreover, he's continuously delayed to conferences and is hardly apologetic about this. I am confident he performs difficult for $1million mortgage offers, but I'dnot suggest him to anybody who's an average customer. Provided the present financial and aggressive marketplace for mortgage businesses, I am amazed he doesnot recognize this kind of customer support "doesnot cut it".
