What can be Done

These tenants moved in Jan 1st or the 2nd. That's when everything started. They had 4 cars; don't know if they had several family's in a two bedroom apt. Or what. That has actually been taken care of (4 car incident). However there are other incidents, 1. I know you can't stop people from smoking, but when it comes up into my space (apartment) it's a problem. I don't know why the maintenance guy thinks that changing a filter is going to help. I have a new grand-baby living with me and that will not do, plus I get very bad headaches. Well last night I went into the bathroom and all I smelt was smoke (2nd time this has happened), I don't want it in my close. Naturally I am upset; I did call the office last night and left a message. Then when we went to bed my daughter stated she had a headache. I pay rent been there for 2yrs. Something needs to be done (if anything). 2 I don't know if they think they live in a house but several times I have been woken up by someone in that family arguing at the top of there lungs at 3 and 4 in the morning. Very disrespectful, all the other tenants feel the same way WE ARE TIRED, I don't know if there is anything you can do and Kelly does not seem to do anything worth while. One last thing about the cars. Before they had moved in Kelly sent a flyer about extra cars, and they would be towed. They have a black Honda that has not been in use since they got there that's taking up a space for a moving car to park. The other tenants have complained also, I don't know if this is one of her family members or what, but I'm fed up. These apartments were for the elderly people (which to me meant quiet environment) now it's like they let anybody move in.
