Keeping security deposit

I've reported numerous occasions about Brittnay, the alleged on site supervisor of the condo complex. She's no business sense. The only real cause she's controlling these qualities, is basically because her mom Angie, works in the primary home workplace. Everything began a couple of months before when she stated she never received my book check, that we may include was likewise delivered with my resigned rent, along with a backup of my one month notice. Well she received another documents released, but no-check. Okay, nicely I supplied a duplicate of the check, but needed to issue a different one. Good by me, these were likely to purchase the termination charge of the "dropped"check.in my own 30-day notice, I required a walk-through of the condo at the conclusion of the month, no reaction. I call, no solution. I visit the home, no body working. Not really a large shock, considering SHE'S NEVER THERE. Even today, I've never completed a walk-through, and that I havent lived there for nearly per month. Therefore nowadays I receive within the email, an envelope containg my "deposit" facts. This fool gets me for my entire deposit and saying I owe them more income. Our deposit was $499. Im not allowing that slip, considering I've 2 children, and dwelling about the same revenue. I experienced the top after I read this. Attempting to say I owe for overdue lease??? I had been out-of there 4 times before my rent was up. How is the fact that feasible??? That's one of the numerous issues she's attempting to make me purchase. Well it hurts to become her, since I've copies from products and images of the area after I moved out.

I dont understand why the dog owner retains her there, do they need their home work by somebody that's no idea what they're performing? I suppose they are doing, or they'd FIRE her. I simply understand the dog owner must contact me regarding this case, or even the BBB is likely to be obtaining a criticism. I've never been overdue on lease, never had a safety deposit refused return. I quit that location solution than it had been after I shifted in.

This Really Is completely rediculous.
