Company defaults on contract

I joined a deal with Jubilee Home Endeavors early last year. This arrived following a telephone call exclaiming "you want to purchase your home". Obviously, I had been sceptical, but had them deliver me a deal to examine. I'd other individuals who were acquainted with property evaluation the agreement with me. They foudn the agreement 'actual, legit'. Therefore after no presents on our house, we chose to consider the present. Now I would like to state, the benefit of the agreement was that Jubilee might look for a possible customer, they'd keep up with the home as discovered, spend us aside from if busy, and fix/substitute required products because they might occur.
