Modification

On July we purchase our house at 15228 Edgemoor St. San Leandro, CA 94579. Well the agent got my wife to sign for me and her but my wife didn't know how to read or write in english since she is korean. She only knew how to sign her name. Well we got the loan for $553,000 at 9.2% interest adjustable rate. I the husband Lazaro M. Bella Jr got injured at the USPS and didn't get paid for 5 months my union won the case but didn't get paid until a year past the incident. Well in October 23 they had to operate on the same knee that was injured and the VA gave me 100% disable and i couldn't work. So when i found out i hired Brian Walker and we tried to get a modification but each time the amount when higher per month which originally was $4300 they wanted 4800 how could we afford that. So we didn't sing the offer so they did a new one at 4300 but still we didn't sign it we tried a third time and it went down to $3700 but they wanted me to buy Flood Insurance $2200 when the last time it flood here according to my insurance from Farmers. So now they put me in the foreclosure list and is asking me for documents of my pay but all my originals gone to them 3 times and i didn't have some. What can i do about this before they take my house.
