Found that living at Aderra Condos in Paradise Valley is in fact NO PARADISE. There have been a number of break-ins at Aderra and neither the Property Management company or the Sales office informed any of the residents so they could take extra precausion to insure their safety or the safety of their belongings and property. The underground garage parking was a perfect place for vandles and thiefs to break-in and steal what wver they could find from over 50 vehicles in a one month period. It was only after the third time that Aderra decided to hire a security guard at nights to patrol. I'm moving at the first opportunity. This is not the luxury or lifestyle I want.
