Time share no sell

I had been told by innovative holiday answer this co. Ciukd market my time-share. I paid 799.00 for this company they called me 10 days ago that i wold close on my timeshare the first of november in the hours of 12:00 to 15:00 time. But i didn't see anybody at my home. It's come to me that i'll not here from their website. Since i've tried calling them and they've switched off their telephone. Anything needs to be done about these time-share companys. They're scams and you'll never sell your time-shares.
