Assult/battery/had a gun and damage to personel property

I was a contractor that provided installation services for the windows this company hired, they tell the homeowner that they only use emplyees, but we are all subs. Anyway i did work for them for three weeks and every week we should have gotten paid thousands of dollars the owner would pay us a couple of hundred. So i went in to get the remained of our money due, 8,004.00 for services and materials we provided, and the owner ripped off his shirt, attacked me and through me into the vending machine all while he had a gun on him, then hit my phone out of my hand and broke it. I managed to leave without getting shot, ca;lled the elk grove village police, and by the time they got there he john gandy had gotten away. So the is a warrent for his arrest, for assult/batter, and damage to personel property, all because he did not want to pay us for work, then i found out from other workers, that they all have a problem getting paid. They operate out of a warehouse in elkgrove village, but are located in michigan, m so if there is a problem they can close up shop and get away.
