Sale of Timeshare

Our buddy and that I closed over our timeshare to Nationwide Advertising on August 21. The timeshare was in Cabo at Hacienda Encantada. I had been coping with Mark Preston and also the purchase was designed to shut on 9/30/09. I've quit numerous calls and cannot achieve anybody in the Customer Support range. We settled them $1,792.00 like a name research quantity. What options do we've? Thanks.
