They held $346.98 for rug harm which was obviously there before I shifted in. I delivered a notice in November and created several telephone calls towards the workplace that big black spots were recurring in 4 various places within the condo. Every time I named they stated they mentioned my document. Reduced and see after I obtained my safety deposit it had been brief $346.98 for rug injury. I named the administration organization (Oakland Mgmt). Our processing is lacking my notice dated 12/1/08 and my relocate checklist. How handy. Fortunately I saved this notice along side my record observing all my grievances. Exactly what a dump of the spot to reside. I'd never recommend it. Our nephew was injured whenever a wardrobe doorway arrived off the handles and dropped on him. It got them 3 months to repair it.
