Purchased my manufactured mortgage from another bank in 2007. After having settled my regular payments during the last ten years I Have recently found they declare I've just reduced $3640 after having settled over $30k about the mortgage currently. I'm assured there's innovative funding and TILA violations here. I've an appt having a property lawyer in a few days, and am organizing to get a forensic review of the whole existence of the mortgage.
