Complaint unresolved by company

PLEASE DON'T USE OLD REPUBLIC HOUSE GUARANTEE if you don't like tossing money away! I am an agent and use to suggest the corporation to all my buddies and customers, BUT NO FURTHER!

I've OHRP on two of myown individual qualities and also have had two main grievances with this particular organization. Our first main criticism wasn't managed with customer support and so I needed to visit the Vicepresident for help that we obtained NO quality to my criticism from her both. Our next criticism used to donot actually make use of my grievances since I have understood the VP would not do something anyhow. They've a don't care perspective which is apparent when speaking with some of them.

One main criticism I've is approximately an A/H Central Device. I've had them emerge to repair the system for just two months today plus they do the same again and again... CLEAR IT and cost me to complete it (not protected). Nothing else is performed. I've reported plus they do nothing. Their customer support is non-existant, so that as due to their top administration they're just like ineffective.

I'd like to suggest another company for individuals to test, I've approached the representative (since I haveam an agent I understand the consultant) for another company (American House Guard) I questioned her how her company might manage such a scenario regarding my A/D problem and was educated written down that I'd not be billed for cleanings the organization, National House Guard, protects that I'd never purchase this. I've previously changed among my guarantees to AHS and that Iam along the way of changing another guarantee I've aswell to AHS. Best Of Luck to all that use Outdated Rebublic!!
