Painted exterior of home. Did not fully cover house. I complained immediately in Sept. Had a lot of trouble getting called back. When I did get called back got a lot of empty promises.in December they finally sent someone out who said he would take care of the problems. He ask if I would give him the remainder of the paint so he could match the color. I never say him or my paint again. I continued to complain and was promised my problem would be taken care of in Febuary no show no calls. I continued to complain and was told my problem would be taken care of in March no show but they did call and reschedule for May. A man came and said the original problem was because who ever painted it the first time watered down the paint. He assured me he would take care of all my problems. I told him my concern was that since it had been so long since the original paint job the home had faded and you would see the touch up. He assured me that would not be the problem. He came and spent all day touching up the house. At the end of the day he said the job was bigger than he antisipated and would have to come back the following week. No Show No Call. I called and he said he was just too busy painting other peoples houses. That really made me feel good knowing since they already had my money I fell to the bottom of the pile. He called in early July and said he would come the end of the week to finish. No show no call. I called he said he was just too busy, he was digging his grandmother car out of one of the washes after a monsson rain. He promised if he did not do it on July 11th without fail he would come on July 14th. No Show No call. The sad part of this whole thing is that after he did the touch up the new color was different the front of the house now looks like big streaks are running down it. I would have been better off if they had not done anything at all. I have since complained to every person I could think of including the BBB. I know everyone will be really supprised by this NO CALLS BACK.
