Special Assessment

I'm annoyed from the proven fact that Innseason Resorts/Pollard Brook is getting its timeshare homeowners a unique evaluation to protect their deficits caused by their bad business decisions. As previously mentioned within their notice, the resources are due within thirty days of the day of the letter (7/1/09) and until cost is obtained, they've endangered their homeowners with creidt selection. Based on our condo files, we're not required to pay for the unique evaluation as established inside your notice dated July 1 (obtained July 9).

Title II, By Laws of the Pollard Stream Device Homeowners' Affiliation, Part VI Sales, Part 5 Special Checks, states:

A. Each operator is likely for all those costs specifically associated with his amount of occupancy of the condo unit designated to him, which will be charged to him as specific checks.

T. Costs billable as specific checks contain, but aren't restricted to, the expense of fixing harm done towards the condo product, gear, and fixtures throughout the use interval, apart from regular deterioration: phone charges in addition to the fundamental costs; and such additional services made throughout the use period in the demand of the dog owner or visitor not incorporated being an object within the budget.

Title III, Timeshare Administration, Part III Administration, Part 5 Special Checks, states:

Each operator is likely for all those costs specifically associated with his amount of occupancy of the condo unit designated to him. These costs include, but aren't restricted to, the cost of fixing harm done towards the condo product, gear, and fixtures throughout the use interval designated to him, apart from regular deterioration: phone charges in addition to the fundamental costs; and such additional services made throughout the use interval in the demand of the dog owner or perhaps a visitor not incorporated being an object within the budget.

I've attempted to get hold of their workplace every single day by mail or telephone because the evening I obtained their notice but have yet to get a call-back in the board. I find this really unjust!!!
