Deposit kept/no damage

The corporation doesn't provide anybody back their deposit under any situation. Even when there's no harm or repairs required. I had been informed by their workplace worker who published our rental contract, that within the three years he'd worked there he'd never noticed anybody make it happen deposit back, and true-to his term we didn't. There is no harm or fix neede of any sort however they declare every condo regardless of how long you're there needs artwork, cleansing rug cleaned and also the tenant pays. This isn't right.
